Our Building Process
Owning a new home should be exciting—not overwhelming. At NonCombustibles, we’ve streamlined the process to remove obstacles and uncertainty so you can focus on the fun part: bringing your dream to life.
We design, engineer, and prefabricate non-combustible, disaster-resistant structural home kits—precision-built for quality, sustainability, and resilience. Each of our designs features a high-performance, non-combustible architectural shell designed for increased resistance against wind, earthquake, fire, and heavy structural loads.
Our non-combustible, eco-friendly materials do not support mold and mildew, will not rot, and are resistant to termites—offering you long term peace of mind and cost savings.
By controlling the building process in our factory environment, we deliver structural systems with consistent quality and enhanced durability. When you build with NonCombustibles, you’re not just building a home—you are securing confidence in a world of unpredictable threats.
