Design
Start with a custom design package for just $4,500. Together, we’ll create a collaborative 3D model that shows your home inside and out, complete with site features like decks or garages. You’ll also receive a detailed construction estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
Permit
From your approved 3D model, we create permit-ready plans with full architectural and structural engineering details, stamped by our licensed engineers. We also coordinate with agencies to ensure your package is complete and ready for approval.
Plan
We’ll help you build the right team by guiding you through financing options, assisting with land evaluation and purchase, and connecting you with a qualified general contractor to handle the build.
Build
Once everything is in place, your home is ready to take shape. Built with a durable, non-combustible steel shell, it’s engineered to withstand wildfires, hurricanes, earthquakes, and heavy snow loads—giving you peace of mind for decades to come.
